Abstract
The antibacterial activities of methanolic crude extracts from wood, bark, leaves, branches and fruits of Conocarpus lancifolius Engl. were bio-assayed against four clinical pathogens namely; Micrococcus luteus, Staphylococcus aureus, Acinetobacter baumannii and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The inhibition zones were ranged between 8-18 mm at a concentration of 2000 mu g/mL. The study showed that the extracts from the branches had a good antibacterial against the studies pathogens.
