Abstract

In this article, we will extend the notion of interpolative Kannan contraction by introducing the notions of interpolative Presic type contractions and interpolative Presic type proximal contractions for mappings defined on product spaces. Through these notions, we will derive some results to ensure the existence of fixed points and best proximity points for such mappings.
