Abstract
We study the lepton-flavour violating Z(0) decays in a minimal supersymmetric standard model with explicitly broken R-parity via L-violation. These rare decays arise as a single loop effect mediated by scalar fermions and are found to be dominated by top quark in the loop. We obtain a combined fit to the available limits on the decays Z(0) --> <l(a)(l)over bar (b)>(a not equal b; a,b = e,mu,tau) which imposes certain limits on the products of couplings arising from the LQd(c) operator of the superpotential.
