Abstract
For helium, long-range interaction coefficients C{sub 3}, C{sub 6}, C{sub 8}, C{sub 9}, and C{sub 10} for all S-S and S-P pairs of the energetically lowest five states (1 {sup 1}S, 2 {sup 3}S, 2 {sup 1}S, 2 {sup 3}P, and 2 {sup 1}P) are calculated precisely using correlated wave functions in Hylleraas coordinates. Finite nuclear isotope mass effects are included.
