Abstract

Chemistry Chemistry, Multidisciplinary Physical Sciences Science & Technology
An increase in charge collection efficiency and charge mobility from 78 to 89% and 0.02 to 0.04 cm(2) V-1 s(-1), respectively, in low-temperature solution-processed Zn-doped SnO2 photoanodes resulted in a two-fold enhancement in power conversion efficiency (PCE) as compared to Zn free SnO2 photoanodes in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs).
