Abstract

Sjögren's syndrome MR CNS
We reviewed clinical, laboratory and MR findings in patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome whose initial clinical manifestations were related to CNS involvement. MR is highly sensitive in detecting CNS involvement in this syndrome. Imaging findings are not specific but may offer useful paraclinical information. The etiology of CNS lesions in Sjögren's syndrome is discussed.
