In the title compound, C(13)H(13)NO(5)S, the thiazine ring adopts a distorted half-chair conformation. Intramolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot O and C-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds give rise to two six-membered hydrogen bonded rings. In the crystal, molecules are linked through weak intermolecular C-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds, resulting in a zigzag chain lying along the c axis.
