In the title compound, C14H17NO5S, the thiazine ring adopts a half-chair conformation. The molecule exhibits an intramolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bond, which forms a six-membered S(6) ring motif. The planes of the benzene and thiazine rings are inclined at a dihedral angle of 15.30 (12)degrees.
