Abstract
The use of a “mini” skin paddle to monitor the fibular free flap for mandibular reconstruction is described. The paddle is easy to inset, can be excised later under local anesthesia, and yet is adequate for postoperative monitoring. © 1994 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
