Abstract
Superconducting topological phases have proven their significance both fundamentally and practically. We build a general mixed chiral and triplet pairing model of a two-dimensional honeycomb lattice system. We use a nanoribbon with zigzag edges to confirm the topological nature of the structure that is predicted by the Chern number. We find gapless chiral edges at the boundaries of a finite model, which we study its characters in more detail. We study the competition between mixed superconducting pairings and then apply a chemical potential to investigate the effect of changing the coupling and the type of the carrier, which is an essential question in studying the electronic properties of the system. We also explore the interplay between the superconducting parameters, a uniform magnetic field, and a Rashba SOC. These parameters, which the proximity effect on graphene can induce, play an important role in transferring the system topologically and creating interesting physical properties that are important in studying transport and spintronics applications.
