Abstract
In this paper we study the bulk viscous cosmology by considering modified Chaplygin gas in the framework of

-dimensional spacetime. For this we consider various form of bulk viscosity coefficient

and then obtain the physical parameters energy density

, respectively. Finally we discuss the stability of the model by using the speed of sound.
