In the title compound, C17H15N3O5S, the thiazine ring adopts a distorted half-chair conformation. The molecular structure is stabilized by intramolecular N-H center dot center dot center dot O, N-H center dot center dot center dot N and O-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonding. Pairs of molecules are bound together as centrosymmetric dimers through N-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds.
