In the title compound, C(14)H(10)ClFN(2)OS, the molecule adopts a trans-cis geometry of the thiourea unit. The dihedral angles between the benzene rings is 34.47 (7)degrees. The crystal packing features intermolecular N-H center dot center dot center dot S and C-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds, forming a chain along the b axis. A short C-H center dot center dot center dot S intramolecular contact is also observed.
