The near edge X-ray absorption fine structure (NEXAFS) spectra of polymethylmetacrylate (PMMA)-fullerene (Fu) C-60 and PMMA-multiwall nanotubes (MWNT) composites treated at different temperatures are compared to the thermal desorption (TD) mass-spectrometric (MS) spectra.
