Abstract
There is an urgent need for cheap, high capacity, and high-speed electronic chips. This needs using Nano electronic components which obey quantum laws. Using Schrodinger equation, the solution for Nano rectangular plates or medium shows the possibility of rectifying and amplifying the electric current. When one fuses two rectangular metallic plates with one have dimensions less than a critical value while the dimension of the other is more than this critical value, one can rectify the electric current. It is also possible to rectify the electric current when two mediums are fused together. One must have an internal potential greater than a certain critical value, while the potential of the other is less than this critical value. Current amplification is possible also when the medium potential is less than the same critical value.
