Three new xenicane diterpenoids, xeniolactones A (

) were isolated from
Xenia florida collected in Taiwan.

), were isolated from
Xenia florida collected in Taiwan. Compound

possesses a novel structure having a heterotricyclic skeleton in cyclononane system. The structures of
1–
3
were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis. The cytotoxicity of
1–
3
was also evaluated against human cancer cell lines.
