Abstract
Tooth agenesis is one of the most common anomalies of the human dentition characterized by the developmental absence of teeth. Missing one or more teeth is common, but absence of multiple teeth is rare. The present case report describes multiple missing permanent teeth in a non syndromic familial tooth agenesis patient and an overview of the genetic concepts involved in tooth agenesis.
