Abstract
Bioconvection is a familiar phenomenon of fluid mechanics which explains the hydrodynamic unsteadiness and suspensions of upward swimming microorganisms. Hydrodynamic unsteadiness is due to coupling in physical properties such as fluid flows and the density of microorganisms. The article simulates the nanoflow of Powell-Eyring fluid through the Riga surface. Numerical code of Range-Kutta method incorporated with shooting technique is generated on Matlab to track the Brownian motion of microorganisms. The contribution of the chemical reaction is also taken into account for expediting thermophoretic force in magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) nanoflow. Parametric study reveals that shear stress at the walls of the Riga surface and motion of the microorganisms are significantly influenced by the magnetic parameter and other dimensionless quantities.
