In this paper, we introduce the notions of a bipolar fuzzy d-algebra, a bipolar fuzzy d-subalgebra and a bipolar fuzzy d-ideal. We provide some important results regarding bipolar fuzzy d-subalgebras, d-ideals and the relation between them. Some properties of bipolar fuzzy d-algebras are investigated.
