The boundedness character and global stability of positive solutions of the next system of difference equations with maximum x(n+1) = max {c, y(n)(p)/z(n-1)(p)}, y(n+1) = max {c, z(n)(p)/x(n-1)(p)}, z(n+1) = max {c, x(n)(p)/ y(n-1)(p)}, n is an element of N-0, where p, c is an element of (0, infinity), are studied in this paper.
