This paper obtains the 1-soliton solution of 1 + 2 dimensional nonlinear Schrodinger's equation with Kerr law nonlinearity and having time-dependent coefficients of dispersion, nonlinearity and attenuation. The solitary wave ansatze is used to carry out this integration. It is necessary for these variable coefficients to be Riemann integrable.
