Abstract
A Windows based package, using graphical user interface and object-oriented graphical database, is introduced to integrate power system applications. The package enables the user to draw a one-line diagram, enter bus and device parameters through a dialog box into power system database and simulate the engineering analysis using visualization. The application of the package is illustrated by few examples. The package will help decision making by making it much faster and easier than traditional methods. The framework of faster graphics representation is given to see the way graphic objects is created and manipulated. It is important to use an efficient algorithm to create and redraw image objects on the screen from a given input data file.
