In this paper we consider the class M(f, g; alpha, beta, lambda; c) of meromorphic univalent functions defined by convolution with positive coefficients and fixed second coefficients. We obtained coefficient inequalities, distortion theorems, closure theorems, the radii of meromorphic starlikeness, and convexity for functions of this class.
