We prove the existence and nonexistence of positive solutions to the p-Laplacian problem where Ω is a bounded domain in with smooth boundary , at ∞ for some and is allowed to be singular at is a sign- changing coefficient, and λ is a large parameter. Related results for systems are also discussed.
