Abstract

In this paper, we consider a class of nonsmooth minimax programming problems in which functions are locally Lipschitz. Sufficient optimality conditions are discussed under locally Lipschitz generalized (Phi, rho)-invex functions. Moreover, usual duality results are proved under the said assumptions.
