Abstract
The study aims to investigate the permissive invalidity on the bankrupt's debtor behaviour during the uncertainty period in Saudi Law as a contrastive study with the Egyptian Law. The study used a comparative analysis method to identify the substantive provisions of the period of doubt, its scope, the nature of Permitted invalidity and its systematic nature, acknowledging the types of Permitted invalidity.
The study sheds light on the Permitted invalidity of the debtor's behaviour during the period of doubt in Saudi and Egyptian law. After analysing it found that the period of doubt according to the Saudi law is the period that precedes the date of the opening of the procedures by no more than 12 months for the non-concerned party to the issue and 24 months for the concerned parties.
