Abstract
Pediatrics currently has a circulation of 55 000 in the United States. Over the last several years we have quietly been enlarging our overseas editions. We now have more than 25 000 subscribers in other countries. An increasing number of our published articles are from other countries. Our Spanish-language edition in Spain, our first and oldest overseas edition, is thriving. Our Italian-language edition in Italy is in its fourth year and is rapidly growing. Last year it began to include Pediatrics in Review and commentaries by Italian authorities. PIR is published in Spanish in Argentina and is widely distributed in South America. Our English edition in India is in its fourth year and is growing slowly but steadily.
