Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) is undertaken in order to provide long-term nutrition in patients with dysphagia. Over time, the PEG tubes will deteriorate and will need to be replaced. We describe a method of replacement which is cost-effective and which does not require repetition of the endoscopy.
