Abstract
The study of peristaltic motion for non-Newtonian fluid has become a scorching topic of immense curiosity for analysts due to its tremendous contribution to the biological liquid transportation systems such as transportation of bile juice in a bile duct, transmit of urine from the kidney to bladder, transfer of cilia, spermatozoa movement in the male reproductive tract, and ova movement in fallopian tubes. The existing paper explores the attributes of peristaltic pumping of magneto-hydrodynamic Casson fluid flow in a porous channel with slip boundary conditions. The nonlinear equations have been simplified by using lubrication approximation. A MATLAB code has been developed to find the numerical solution. The assessment is in excellent conformity for limiting cases, and it confirms the validation of our numerical procedure. It has been determined that the permeability parameter enhances the size of the trapping bolus. The fluid becomes thicker by augmenting the slip and Casson fluid parameter, which reduces the number of trapping bolus. Furthermore, a decrease in fluid temperature and concentration is noticed for thermophoresis. Whereas an opposite trend is seen for the Brownian motion parameter. This existing model is essential in biomedical engineering and crude oil refinement.
