We describe a measurement of B-0 - B-0 mixing parameters exploiting a method of partial reconstruction of the decay chains B --> D* (+/-) pi(-/+) and B -> D* (+/-) rho(-/+) . Using 9.6 X 10(6)BB pairs collected at the Cornell Electron Storage Ring, we find chi(d) = 0.198 +/- 0.013 +/- 0.014, /y(d)/ < 0.40 at 95% confidence level, and /R e(epsilon(B))/ < 0.034 at 95% confidence level.
