Abstract

In this paper, we will investigate some qualitative behavior of solutions of the following fourth order difference equation x(n + 1) = ax(n) (- 1) + bx(n - 1)/cx(n - 1) - dx(n - 3), n = 0, 1,..., where the initial conditions x-3,x-2, x-1 and x0 are arbitrary real numbers and the values a, b, c and d are defined as positive real numbers.
