Abstract

The considerable biological activities of nicotinonitriles and its analogues are attracting attention of chemist aimed at developing synthetic routes to these nuclei. This review focuses on the synthesis and anticancer, antitumor, and antimicrobial activities of nicotinonitriles and their analogues.
