Abstract
In this paper we use the notion of (A, B)-weakly increasing mappings in the sense of W. Shatanawi and M. Postolache [W. Shatanawi, M. Postolache, Common fixed point results for mappings under nonlinear contraction of cyclic form in ordered metric spaces, Fixed Point Theory Appl. 2013 (2013)] to introduce some new common fixed point results in complete G-metric spaces which can not be deduced from fixed point theorems in the setting of standard metric spaces.
