Abstract
Pyrazole possesses pharmacological activities such as antidepressant agent e.g.fezolamide, analgesic e.g.betazole, a H2-receptor agonist e.g.celecoxib, difenamizole, the anti-obesity drug e.g..rimonabant, So the pyrazole nucleus attract attention of researchers to study biologically and chemically skeleton of pyrazole nucleus, this review show pharmacological activity,synthesis and biological activity of heterocyclic compounds containing pyrazole nucleus.
