Abstract
In this work we investigate I-ward continuity and I-ward compactness in additive topological groups. Giving the relationship between I-ward and uniform continuities, we prove that any I-ward continuous function defined on a connected or an I-ward compact subset of a topological group is uniformly continuous and that a subset A of a topological group is totally bounded if and only if it is I-ward compact.
