In this paper, we define and study some properties of the generalized Hardy space H-F,H-2, where F is an injective linear transform from L-p (Pi) into L-p (Pi) and Pi is the unit circle in the complex plane C: Also we introduce the concept of a generalized Toeplitz operator on H-F,H-2 and prove some of its properties. Further results are presented.
