Abstract
In this present paper, we introduce and investigate each of the following new subclasses f(p,k)(m) (lambda, l; phi), g(p)(m) (lambda, l: phi) and by h(p) (lambda, l: phi) as well as f(p,k)(m) (lambda, l; phi), G(p)(m) (lambda, l; phi) and H-p(m) (lambda, l; phi) of meromorphically p-valent functions, which is defined by means of a certain meromorphically p -modified version of the multiplier transformation. Such results as inclusion relationships, integral representations and convolution properties for these function classes are proved.
