The type II Topp Leone inverse Rayleigh (TIITLIR) with two parameters is studied as extend from inverse Rayleigh (IR) distribution by Mohammed and Yahia [11]. Five various methods of estimation such as; maximum likelihood (ML), Cramer von Mises (CV), ordinary and weighted least squares (OLS, WLS) and percentiles (PC) estimation methods for the two parameters of TIITLIR are investigated.
