Abstract
The studies of scientific collaboration have gained expressiveness in the most different areas of knowledge, as they demonstrate to be an important component for the sedimentation of research fields. Considering the importance of the collaborative phenomenon for the area of Executive Secretariat, this work aimed to: a) analyze the existence of a scientific collaboration network among researchers associated with ABPSEC, in the period from 2016 to 2020; b) understand the behavior of researchers and the characteristics and properties of this network. Conducted by the Theory of Networks and Collective Actions, this is a qualitative and quantitative research, predominantly exploratory, that uses the case study as a method of data collection and scientometrics as a method of analysis. The object of investigation was constituted by the bibliographic production of ABPSEC members, associated between January 2020 and June 2021, considering full papers published in event proceedings and articles published in journals in the last five years (2016-2020). After the final analysis of 639 publications, the results pointed to the existence of a scientific network formed among ABPSEC members, with an emphasis on strong ties and captained by a core of researchers and institutions.
