Abstract
Repetitive injection of specific siRNA for SPHK 1 intravenously (i.v.) at 4 μg and 8 μg within 1 min at 0 hr, 24 hr and 48 hr before the induction of PCA 24 hr later with DNP-BSA attenuated the PCA response significantly (p<0.01 and p<0.05 respectively). [...]when 4 μg and 8 μg of siRNA was repetitively administered i.v. at 0 hr, 24 hr and 48 hr in mice before the antigenic challenge, the SPHK 1 mRNA and protein expression were reduced more than 80% and 60% respectively, in peripheral blood mono nuclear cells (PBMNCs).
