Abstract

Chemistry Chemistry, Physical Physical Sciences Science & Technology
The heat of combustion of etioporphyrin-I was experimentally measured. Based on the obtained data, the standard enthalpies of combustion and formation (Delta(c)H(o) and Delta(f)H(o)) of this compound were calculated. Experimental and calculated values were found to be in close agreement.
