Abstract
Let the classes S-o* (b) and K-o (b) consist of functions which are starlike and convex of complex order b as introduced by Nasr and Aouf(7, 8). The main object of the present paper is to investigate the starlike and convex functions of complex order involving a certain linear operator defined by means of Hadamard product.
