Abstract
Miniature zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO-NPs) in nanoclusters (NCs) shaped structure were synthesized via using source of NPs precursor zinc nitrate hexahydrate (Zn(NO3)(2)center dot 6H2O), sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and hexamethylene tetramine (HMT) from chemical solution process. The morphology of prepared NCs embedded with several tiny NPs, was observed by field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The prepared NCs were used in photocatalytic degradation process in presence of methylene red (MR) dye, express excellent photocatalytic (efficiency 95.99) stuff. In addition to photodegradation of MR dye via ZnO-NCs, the analytical method was also applied to observe the lowest concentration of used ZnO-NCs, which effect on MR dye. The absorption spectra of ZnO-NCs, MR dye and ZnO-NCs with MR dye were recorded at maximum absorbance lambda max 440, 480, 540 nm respectively. The optical and regressive characteristics results allow quickly and easily to evaluate statistical analytical parameters, which confirms validation reaction conditions because it's an important trait measure, which was analyzed.
