Abstract
We study analytically the Branching Ratio (BR) and Charge-Parity (CP) asymmetries of the <(B-s(0))over bar> -> omega phi decay mode within QCDF approach. We find the BR(<(B-s(0))over bar> -> omega phi) = (0.51+/-0.12) x 10(-6). We also find the values of CP asymmetries are A(CP)(dir) (<(B-s(0))over bar> -> omega phi) = 0.080 +/- 0.008, A(CP)(mix) (<(B-s(0))over bar> -> omega phi) = 0.184 +/- 0.035 and A(CP)(Delta Gamma) (<(B-s(0))over bar> -> omega phi) = 0.980 +/- 0.006. The reported results are consistent with the recent theoretical predictions and can be used as a reference values in the forthcoming experiments.
