this paper, we obtain coefficient inequalities for certain subclass of meromorphic univalent function with fixed second coefficient defined by Ruscheweyh derivative. Also we have shown that this subclass is closed under arithmetic mean and convex linear combinations. Lastly we have obtained the radius of convexity.
