P>Left main coronary artery aneurysm is a rare condition that presents as a potential surgical challenge due to its location. We present a case of successful repair of a posterior saccular aneurysm of the left main coronary artery by aneurysm exclusion, afferent and efferent ligation with coronary artery bypass grafting.
