Abstract
A series of new pyrazolinyl thiazoles containing 1,2,3-triazole and imidazo[2,1-b]thiazole moieties have been synthesized using 6-(5-methyl-1-(4-tolyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)imidazo[2,1-b] thiazole-5-carbaldehyde (1) as precursor. The procedures are simple and efficient and provided high yields of the synthesized heterocycles. The structures of the products were elucidated by the spectroscopic data (infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance) along with the elemental analyses.
