Abstract
In the search for new antimycobacterial agent's characteristic by highly social activity, new full fused heteropolycyclic nitrogen systems have been synthesized involving heterocyclization of Edaravone drug through the interaction with alpha,beta-bifunctional reagents in different medium and conditions through the cycloaddition reactions followed by acylation, aroylation, addition, and/or cyclocondensation reactions. The structures of new systems were deduced from their elemental analysis, spectral measurements, or chemical evidence. Some new targets exhibited a good to moderate antimycobacterial activity.
