Abstract

UDP-[6- 3H]glucose (80–90% yield) was enzymically synthesized from [6- 3H]glucose-6-phosphate utilizing commercially purified phosphoglucomutase, inorganic pyprophosphatase, and a crude UDPG pyrophosphorylase preparation from Phytophthora cinnamomi.
