The Panel Report in the compliance proceedings under Article 21.5 of the Understanding on Rules and Procedures Governing the Settlement of Dispute (DSU) in the case Indonesia - Measures Concerning the Importation of Chicken Meat and Chicken Products (Indonesia - Chicken (Article 21.5 - Brazil)) provides interesting guidance on systemic issues regarding the compliance phase of the WTO dispute settlement procedures.
